I live and work in the same house. So if you have any questions, I am very close! The apartment is in the 7th District, Vienna’s popular design and fashion neighborhood. Nearby are museums, historical buildings, coffee houses, bars, and a multitude of shops. Walk to the city center in 20 minutes. Tram number 49 is in the same street. It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

There IS AN INFRARED SAUNA and shower ON the covered terrace for our guests. “A country of a thousand islands where tranquility comes to relax.” We are an ideal choice for both passive and active recreation seekers. The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no immediate neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road lies the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is 300 HUF/person/night and has to be paid separately.

Útulne zariadený 1 izbový apartmán s balkónom a vyhradeným parkovacím miestom hneď vedľa domu. Apartmán ponúka krásny výhľad na západ slnka s výhľadom na Rakúsko. Nachádza sa na 2 poschodí bytového domu s výťahom, s celkovou rozlohou 30m2. Vhodný pre jednotlivcov ako aj páry a povolené sú aj zvieratá. Apartmán sa nachádza na začiatku Bratislavskej mestskej časti Záhorská Bystrica. Dostupnosť je 2 minúty pešo od autobusovej zastávky, 20min. autobusom z hlavnej stanice, 15min. autom z centra.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this new design apartment. You will have amazing views from the 18.floor (sunrises are particularly beautiful if you are an early bird :). If you are a night owl, switch on the fireplace and enjoy the night views. If you are coming by car, a free underground parking is awaiting you. Oh and access to a panoramic rooftop on the 30. floor is also available. I hope you will have an amazing time in this small capital city and can enjoy its hidden treasures - just ask :)

Lovely EMU house with sauna 15 km from Bratislava

The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. There are fridge, nespresso coffee machine , kettler, plates, glases, cutlery
