The b and b is located separately and closed off from main house. Private entrance, a private bedroom and a private bathroom. There is one b and one b space.

Our cozy B&B located on the Spanjaardslaan. One of the most beautiful streets of Leeuwarden. In three minutes you walk through the Prinsentuin to the center of the historic city of Leeuwarden. The guest house is located behind the house from 1906 and has a private entrance, a living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The guesthouse is completely self-sufficient. Due to the combination with the cozy living room and kitchen, the guest house is ideal for a family or group of four friends.

From the outdoor terrace with canopy, guests can enjoy the HOT TUB, the view, the stars and a fabulous sunrise. The hot tub costs €40,- for the 1st day and €20,- for the following days. Tzummarum is a cozy village and a great base for trips to, for example, Franeker, Harlingen (Wadden Islands), Leeuwarden or the lake area. In the rural surroundings of Tzummarum, it is wonderful for cycling, hiking and motorcycling.

Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden.
