Guest house "Casita Linda Krems-Süd"

We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. And of course, the house is fully equiped, even for longer visits! Have a nice stay!

Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

The apartment is about 100m2, on the 2nd floor, has 2 bedrooms and a living/dining area with pull-out couch. in the bathroom there is shower and bath, toilet is separate. Abstetten is located on the edge of the Vienna Woods, 1km from Sieghartskirchen on the Bundesstraße 1. The station Tullnerfelder Bahnhof of the Hochleistungsbahn Wien-Salzburg is in the immediate vicinity and you are in about 10 minutes in the center of Vienna,also in about 10 minutes in the state capital St. Pölten.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; two horses, one cat and some chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

One-storey, friendly apartment for 2 people, quietly located with beautiful flair and optimal location in the heart of Kremser Altstadt. 10 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes walk to the city park, 3 minutes walk to a supermarket and many shopping facilities. Restaurants, cafes, bars and museums are nearby and an easy walk away. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessible for disabled guests. Whether out into nature or out into town. This accommodation is the starting point for visiting Vienna, trips to the Wachau or hikes in the Vienna Woods. It is located a 7-minute walk from Neulengbach Station. Train connection to the center of Vienna is optimal, but complicated to the airport. The apartment is located on the 1st floor . We live in the tract next to it on the ground floor. We are also at your disposal for tips and questions or a little chat.

Ideal dropout hut feel yourself and nature. In the vicinity are the 3 Lunzer lakes, the nature park Ötscher-Tormäuer and beautiful mountain and hiking routes ! Bike enthusiasts especially like the Ybbstaler bike path. With canyoning, rafting and Flying Fox, adventure seekers don't get short either. In the surrounding restaurants, guest and inns, they are well spoiled for culinary delights. Access to the hut is possible by car, via a gravel road.

At approximately 995 m2, this charming log cabin is approx 35m2 with gas boiler / WC / shower and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and refrigerator.
