Beautiful barn near the sea. Welcombe, Devon.

Little Barn is close to an amazingly beautiful beach in a very quiet and stunning part of the world just on the border between North Devon and Cornwall. There is excellent walking along the South West coast path straight out of the back door as well as picturesque valleys, hills and woods away from the sea. There is a wonderful local pub within walking distance serving good food. Great for families, surfers, swimmers, walkers, couples, anyone wanting a rural escape.

The Granary is a cosy cottage for two in a beautiful hamlet that is part of the North Devon AONB. The stunning beach of Welcombe Mouth is within walking distance, starting from the public footpath at the bottom of the garden. This quaint detached barn is full of character and peace (no WIFI). There is an open plan kitchen/living area with a cosy log burner ( logs available at £7 a net) and a slate topped breakfast bar. The property has solid oak flooring throughout except for slate in the bathroom so don’t forget your slippers! The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle. The cosy sitting area opens out onto an attractive patio and grassy area.
