Loving holiday mechanic apartment near Linz. Available again after a few months of own use! We live very rural but only 9km away from the capital Linz. Perfectly located is our apartment for people passing through, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube bike path) and vacationers. Privacy is guaranteed with your own Airbnb access to the apartment. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/ day Erw. Children to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child friendliness.

Spacious brand-new riverside apartment + balcony

The modern apartment has 50 square meters and was renovated over the last few months. It is on the first floor directly next to the river Traun. It features a lovely balcony and it includes a free parking spot right in front of the house. It is less than 10 minutes on foot to the Gmunden town square. You can swim in the calm river, start your hike straight from the house and in winter quickly reach various ski resorts by car (Kasberg 25 minutes, Feuerkogel 20 minutes, Gosau 50 minutes).

Apartment close to the lake and mountain

Servus from beautiful Gmunden! Our house is very central. The house has two separate apartments. The Airbnb apartment has a large garden, two bedrooms, bathroom incl. Bathtub. Possibility to park the car in front of the house free of charge. From us, the public transport, the city center, great restaurants as well as our beautiful Traunsee (10 min walk) are away. In summer with bikini and in winter with skis, everything easily accessible. We're looking forward to it! Fam. Kaya

The Grabmayrhof is located on the outskirts of Kremsmünster, surrounded by greenery and very centrally located. Our new holiday flat offers space for 4-5 people and is modern and cosily furnished. In front of the house there is a large garden with seating, play areas for children and a campfire site. There is a lot to experience around the farm, of course we can also recommend excursions to nearby towns or different nature and hiking experiences in the region.
