My place is close to the District shopping center, close to many restaurants, parks, daybreak lake, and trails. We are 1 mile from Trax train station in DayBreak, and 16-20 miles to 4 different ski resorts. We are 10 miles to South Town Expo center. You’ll love my place because of the people, and the neighborhood. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). This space has nice full kitchen, large family room with foosball table and TV.

We love your pets, limit 2. We have the best location 30 minutes to our beautiful mountains, 1-1/2 block to TRAX Station, 5 min walk to ski bus, 20 mins to SLC and Temple Square, 5 min drive to Mt Am Expo. Great restaurants, grocery stores close by, or cook your meals in our kitchen. Outside security camera & a 6' gate/fence that surrounds the property. Keypad lock on door and gate, private entrance. Enjoy our comfortable queen beds, & a shower with a never-ending supply of hot water!

A charming 3 bedroom home with two and half bathrooms Almost all amenities one can think of is inc: game room with pool table, dart etc, hot tub, playground for kids with swing set. Completely fenced yard with picnic table grill and fire pit. On the inside, in addition to basics, with full functional kitchen and living room, the house has water treatment system which provides soft and filtered water. We are happy to provide it FREE charge. Don't border to buy your own bottled water!

Cottage at 15th and 15th

This 1913 cottage is in a large backyard behind the main house. It is a nice place to stay if you are visiting family in the area, but want your own space. The cottage in a very quiet neighborhood with cafes and a book shop right around the corner. It is also a mile from Sugarhouse Park and the Sugarhouse business district. We are 4 miles from downtown and 30 - 50 miles to the mountains and 9 nine different ski resorts. It is about 5 minutes to the freeway depending on traffic.

Perfect Skiers crash pad. With smart TV and full Kitchen. Brighton, Alta, and Snowbird are accessible by bus on a 40 min ride. Five-minute walk from a plethora of restaurants and Fashion Place Mall. 25 minutes from Park City resorts and nightlife. The reviews speak for themselves, you’ll love the place because of the coziness and the location. This is a loft, some ceiling areas are slanted as you can see in the pictures. Animals will be considered with a fee.

Our basement apartment has three bedrooms. Newly renovated and spacious. Centrally located, only 20 minutes to downtown SLC or 40 minutes to Provo. Minutes from shopping, dining & parks. Public transit hubs close by and Bangerter Highway right around the corner. Only 3 miles to I-15. We also have high speed internet and cable T.V.. Plenty of room for entertaining. Great for families, business travelers, couples or solo adventurers.
