Uniquely situated near Golden, it's a five-minute walk to South Table Mountain. With a huge array of hiking trails and a flat mesa overlooking metro Denver. Easy day-trip to ski in Summit County, Copper, Winter Park. Yet 15 minutes to downtown Denver, 10 minutes to Red Rocks. Newly built in 2016, this spacious place can accommodate eight in comfort. High ceilings, oak floors, granite counters. Great for gatherings. Well separated bedrooms are quiet, private. High-speed wi-fi, cable/streaming.

Golden Cottage

Private completely renovated two bedroom cottage located in the heart of Golden. This home comfortably sleeps six with three queen beds. The second bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed. The master bedroom suite includes a private bathroom and a separate private sunroom attached. This is perfect extra space for meditation, a baby room, or an extra guest. The home has a private patio with a large oversized BBQ, a picnic table that seats 8 and a cushy love seat under the covered porch.

Family Friendly - The location of the home is ideal - quiet neighborhood on the south end of Golden, away from the bustle of downtown, but only moments away from HWY470, I70, & 6th. Downtown Denver is 15 min, Red Rocks is 4 miles! This is a 3 bedroom + large office space (with pullout), 2 full bath. The closest trail access is less than a mile from our home & we're a 5 minute drive or 10 min bike to downtown Golden! Abasin, Keystone are a 1 hour drive from our door!

This is a nice, clean cozy house. It has 2 nice bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a master bedroom with a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom that has shower with a really nice bathtub to relax at the end of the day. A very nice walk-in closet with a makeup vanity. There's a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate 1 more guest. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The house it's perfectly equipped for business travelers, or families' vacations.

This private space close to downtown Golden has a large bedroom & spacious bath with alcove space for dining and cooking (micro-wave, small fridge, cooktop). The second bed is a single fold out couch in the main bedroom. Great views of the foothills. CSM 1 block, downtown Golden 5 blocks. We are a covid vaccinated household, and hope that you are too.
