Contemporary Light Filled Apartment Close to the City Centre

Walk home along the Union Canal and then kick back on the sofa after a day exploring Edinburgh. This bright flat boasts an open concept with a white palette enhanced with pops of bright colour. It benefits from underground parking. The apartment is situated in a modern development in Shandon to the west of the City Centre. Within the flat there is one bedroom with a king sized bed with high quality linens and plenty of wardrobe space. A spacious hall leads into a bright open plan living room/kitchen with a large sofa, coffee table, TV, and dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a bath with overhead rainforest shower as well as a handheld shower head. Toiletries and towels are provided. Within the development there is a shared garden and underground parking where you will have one allocated parking space with key fob. There is also secure bike storage available. BT TV Wifi Underground Parking I will do my best to meet every guest on arrival but if this is not possible I have a key safe installed for flexibility. I live in Edinburgh with my girlfriend and therefore one of us will always be around should you need any assistance. The apartment is in Shandon, a residential district to the west of Edinburgh city centre. It’s next to Harrison Park and the Union Canal. There are good transport links to the centre and the airport. The bus stop is located a minute walk from the flat, from which there are regular buses to the city centre (10 mins) or to the airport (45 mins), if you are driving or getting a taxi to the airport then should only take around 20 mins depending on traffic. A taxi into town would take around 5-10 mins or it is a 30 minute walk.

Make you trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. Situated in the peaceful and leafy Colinton Village, we have an annex attached to our house for your stay with your own entrance. We love living here and feel it offers country views out to the Pentland hills yet we are easily accessible to the airport and centre of town. We have a double bedroom and sitting room with a small sofa bed/futon (best suited for young person/child due to it being low to the ground) and private bathroom for your stay. Tea, coffee, microwave and toaster are available.

Our guest suite is in a quiet residential area in Balerno; a village at the foot of the scenic Pentland Hills. A beautiful spot for walkers and nature lovers. To visit the city take a 25 minute car drive or the 44 Lothian bus at the end of the road for a 45 min bus ride to Edinburgh City Centre. Complimentary milk, coffee, tea and sugar plus cereal for your first breakfast. Shops, restaurants, bars, cafe & takeaways within a short walk. A parking spot on the drive is available on request.

'The Snug' is a fully licensed, private apartment attached to our Bungalow with its own entrance and is ideal for couples. There are stairs to access the property. Colinton is a lovely residential area. We are a 2 min walk away from a direct bus route into Edinburgh City Centre. The bus takes approx 25 min and stops include Princes Street and Haymarket. It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre and Edinburgh Airport. Colinton has 2 lovely restaurants, 2 pubs and a Co-op (approx 10min walk).
