The apartment is bright, cozy and very small (about 34m2, 1.5 rooms) and was last renovated in January 2022. Built-in kitchen, eco-design floor (phtalate-free) and electrics were renewed in 2017. Suitable for all those who want to be on the edge of Westerland and who don't mind the "charm of a yellow-linker's residence" Theodor Heuss Str. 16-22". Small southwest-facing balcony available. Parking. Bed linen/towels/tea towel must be brought optionally available at an extra cost 15 euros per person

Outdoor thatched roof, interior unique design

The house has been newly renovated and has a particularly unique furniture with love of detail. The house has a large garden with fire bowl where every summer night becomes a beautiful memory. In the immediate vicinity (10 km) you are already on the North Sea and after only two railway stations you are on Sylt. Not only in summer is the cottage a popular travel destination, even in winter it impresses with its coziness to which the stove in the living area contributes.

Garden apartment can be found with four people on about 80 square meters of space. From the living room with two sofas you get to a cozy terrace. The two cozy bedrooms each have a double bed (180 cm or 140 cm wide) and are already freshly occupied. There is a free car park at your disposal.
