Our 5,500+ sq. ft. home is perched on 6 acres of land steps away from the Caney Fork River. Amazing views, sprawling land and many amenities. A perfect place for a family reunion/gathering - housing 10 adults and 6+ kiddos. A 2-tier dock, a basement (w/ ping-pong, arcades, etc.), a stocked chef’s and outdoor kitchen. The home has plenty of room for everyone to engage in one of the 3-rooms w/ fireplaces, 3-decks or firepit. We respect our quiet river community and our guests will need to too.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sit on the front/back deck while enjoying a cup of coffee and the scenery of Center Hill Lake. Our home has plenty of room for the family to gather for meals. Plenty of games: corn hole, ping pong, pool table, table games etc. No worries about parking your vehicles, boat or camper - Our home has enough parking for your whole family. We have a boat ramp less than a 1/4-mile from our home and a recreational area a few miles away.

Quiet water-front lake home on BonAir mountain.

3 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms with a large living area and a massive deck make this a perfect get a way for families or couples. The inviting living area is perfect for socializing or quiet time. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking in and you can dine on the gorgeous deck overlooking the lake. Then entire home has been newly remodeled. Location puts you about 15 minutes from Sparta and located central between Cookeville and Crossville 20 minutes each.

River Playground

This tiny cabin on the mountain is near multiple state parks and even a privately owned cavern. There is a small kitchen area with a mini fridge, griddle, and microwave. Down at the river there is a full dining area, a grill, and a full size refrigerator. About 5 minutes down river there is a boat launch where you are able to put your boat in the water and tie it up at the dock at the cabin during your stay. There is a high jump, a rope swing, and a slide for hours of fun!
