Island Retreat: Quiet and convenient.

This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed. A one bedroom studio apartment in a newly constructed lowcountry cottage located in the beautiful Savannah neighborhood of Wilmington Island within a short drive to many restaurants. It is 15 minutes from the quaint galleries, shops and historic buildings that Savannah has to offer. Tybee Beach is 12 miles east of us. Comfortable, cozy and tastefully decorated, "The Savvy Studio" features a kitchenette and all the amenities necessary to guarantee a comfortable stay. There is NO stove.

Sleeping four on the water

Our place is located on beautiful Wilmington Island, half way from Downtown and Tybee Island a GREAT LOCATION. The views are amazing marsh, creek, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.
