A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. Milford Shopping Centre has some of Auckland's top fashion shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Self drive ++ Off-street car parking. Easy access to motorway on/off ramps. Quickest access to our place is via motorway exit 417: Tristram Ave. ++ 35 minute drive to/from Auckland Airport. ++ 15 minute drive to the Auckland CBD. ++ 7 minute drive to Takapuna entertainment and business centres. ++ 12 minute drive to the Albany business centres. Public transport options ++ Readily available taxi / Uber drivers in the area. ++ 50m walk to the nearest bus stop. ++ Bus #822 or #858 for Takapuna or the CBD. My place is 5min walk to cafes, local shops/restaurant. 15min to beaches, cliff-top walks, parks, bus stop. You’ll love the outdoors space, location & character. Suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business. The cottage has a large bedroom/sitting area, ensuite/shower, small covered deck, kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster, cutlery, tea/coffee) and private garden. Albany 2 bedroom courtyard retreat

Our 2 bedroom unit was built in 2014 to create more space for our family, they have since left home and after spending several holidays here in New Zealand and overseas in Airbnb accommodation we decided share our home too. Our place is a private semi self contained home away from home with your own entrance, where we are only a phone call away should you need anything. Plus we provide you with cereal, milk, bread and spreads to help you get started in the morning.

The place is sitting at peaceful and stunning Mairangi bay. Enjoy the peace and full sun from deck, slightly sea view when standing on the one end of deck and dinning table. Walking distance to beach, supermarket, reserve, KFC, Windsor park and popular restaurants cafes, mins drive to motorway 1 and AUT Millennium, 2 mins walk to bus station. Beautiful setting, private patio, off street car parking, 100m to beach - the perfect place to relax and unwind! Close to award winning eateries, buses, malls & golf course. Freshly supplied breakfast pack (cereal, milk, toast bread, spreads) microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Fabulous Greek/Italian restaurant just across the road. With a choice of many beaches so close it's a great location for you to enjoy.....look forward to meeting you!

Fantail Inn a Place of Serenity

Stylish peaceful stand-alone studio, set away from main home. Native bush setting. If you're looking for a complete getaway and then Fantail is the studio for you. Please note before booking. We are unable to accept pet accommodation and children. Phone service is a bit hit and miss. Wi-Fi is available (not on fibre) on an unsecured network, unfortunately, rural areas can be not that reliable at times.
