Beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom barge! The boat is located on the Brunswick dock with parking available at the Liverpool Yacht club. The house boat has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful views of the dock. There is an indoor fireplace as well as a TV and Wifi available! Guests have full access to the entire houseboat, no sharing with host or other guests. Upon arrival guests will receive a welcome basket and full tour of the barge! :) *Welcome baskets may vary!

Welcome to my home. The space Like all Victorian properties you will have large, bright airy rooms. You have a good sized equipped kitchen with a full sized cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. Also a small table and chairs. Within the lounge you have a beautiful bay window to allow plenty of light, large sofa, table and chairs, TV and fire place. This guest house is in a rural location, within the grounds we have 2 fishing lakes which we run as a commercial fishery with farm land all around. There are chickens on site as well as a peacock and peahen. I must make you aware that we have a cockerel and he can be vocal early in the morning, the peacock too, this may not suit everyone.
