It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Comfortable but compact, set in beautiful bushland, owner's house closeby. 10 minutes from shops, restaurants and railway station. 50 minutes from Sydney Airport. Extra note: some guests have mentioned swimming in the George's River but this is not always advisable due to water quality . Also while there is an electric BBQ it is not always possible to light the open fire because of legal restrictions.
