Very close to large corporations, shopping malls, cinemas, restaurants, bars and important office buildings. The central area is one of the best in the city, the building is a few steps from the new Manacar Tower and almost opposite Liverpool Insurgent Galleries. It is also very close to the Universidad Panamericana and Simon Bolivar College.
