Nice loft apartment with balcony and free parking

Guest apartment upstairs in our house in Kungälv C. Own entrance and check-in via code. Free parking for a car on the plot. Five minutes walk to Kungälv travel center from where you reach Gothenburg C in about 20 minutes and, for example, Marstrand in about 30 minutes. Well-stocked grocery store about 200 meters from the house and within about five minutes walking distance is the shopping center Kongahälla and Utesimbadet. About two kilometers away is Bohus fortress. Towels and sheets are not included. The TV is missing channels but chromecast is available.

Here you live in a child-friendly spacious house of 163 sqm in a quiet area. The house has four bedrooms & two living rooms & three bathrooms. Free parking in the driveway, space for 2 cars. Or park on the street. Train to Gothenburg only takes 18 min & only 2 km to Marstrand. Grocery, coffee/bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy are within walking distance. The house has all the comforts you need. Large deck with sun all day & a spacious lawn. In the area, there are trails in the woods, bike lanes, horse stables, playgrounds & ball fields.

Hi! I have a three-story townhouse in which I rent out the ground floor which is 46 sqm large. It has its own toilet/shower, private patio and its own parking space. We only share a common entrance to the residence as well as the laundry room. The kitchen is simple with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and two stovetops for easier food preparation. The property is centrally located in Kungälv, with the bus stop in close proximity Alaá is 41 years old and I live with my two teenage girls every two weeks🙂

Lovely cottage with outdoor sea view

We are renting our cabin which is a real pearl all year round. The location is perfect with 5-10 minutes walk to salt baths and nice viewpoints. With the car you get in 20 minutes to Marstrand and 35 minutes to Gothenburg and we recommend having a car. It is an older and simple little cabin located on a beautiful nature plot with forest around. Adjacent to the cottage we have built an outdoor space with deck that has sea view. This place is good for couples and families as well as groups of friends.

Fresh guest house 3 km from the sea

New and fresh 32 square square with four sleeping places. Modern fully equipped kitchen. Toilet and shower. You are in the "central countryside" surrounded by nice pastries with cows, horses and our beekeeping. Just 3 km to the sea and 5 km to the swimming area, docks, kiosk (jun-Aug), boat harbor and the possibility of sea fishing. At the same distance there is a bakery and cafe. At a convenient distance only 19 minutes with a car is Marstrand, one of Sweden's most popular tourist destinations.

Enjoy the nature right next to lake Torskabotte in Tollered. Rent a small cozy lakehouse, on your own half island with everything you may need for a calm and harmonic get away. Perfect for two.
