Supply of electricity and water is temperamental and not constant in Gambia. -House has solar energy and water tank fitted so there is constant electricity and water. -House has air con and also has ceiling and free standing tall fans. -House is completely safe with security/caretaker on site. -House is 10 mins walk from the Beach -House has 3 upstairs balconies for own private space, and downstairs front terrace to relax.

Shells Villa is a six minutes walking distance to the beautiful Bijilo beach. The villa comes with a beautifully landscaped garden and a 5 x 10m swimming pool.
