Listing basics • The house is 2 rooms 1 hall 1 bathroom, about 25 ping, can accommodate up to 7 guests.Please note that the space can be slightly tight when the number of people checking in is close to a full load.If you wish to have a larger space, it is recommended to keep it under 4 people. • During the Chinese New Year's Festival (New Year's Eve to the Fourth): Regardless of the actual number of guests, please select the maximum number of guests (7 guests) to book. Facilities & Supplies • For environmental reasons, toothbrush, large bath towel or soap are not provided.One standard size towel (40x76cm) will be provided for each guest. • The nearest convenience store is about a 3 minute walk, for other daily necessities are available at the convenience store. Check in rules • No smoking indoors and balconies to maintain the quality of the property. • Please check in on time, be sure to inform beforehand for changing the time.We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we are unable to accommodate unannounced after a late arrival. Special Reminder We are not a five star hotel but will do our best to provide a clean and comfortable place to stay.If your needs exceed the conditions of the listing or have a high requirement for the size of the space, we recommend choosing other listings that are more suitable.Thank you for your understanding and support!

Please read the house rules and precautions and decide whether to stay at the property.After booking the room is as well read and agreed to comply, thank you for your cooperation!] The 🔆 entire place is 1 private room with 1 private bathroom for your privacy, you won't share the space with strangers. If you have any questions after your ⚠️ stay, please don't hesitate to contact the host and we will assist you as soon as possible. The ⚠️ property has no elevator and requires climbing stairs, please ask clearly before booking to avoid inconvenience. No smoking in the 🚫 house, if found violation, there will be a $3000 TWD cleaning fee to remove smoke smell and dispose of bedding cleaning. ⚠️ Our homestay is a general family style accommodation and is not a 5 star hotel, please treat the property as your own home with respect and love. ⛔️ Due to environmental protection, we do not provide toothbrush and soap, please bring your own. ✅ The nearest convenient store is about a 2 minute walk from the house for your daily needs.
