Tons of shops, restaurants, farmers market, coffee shops, bars, and more are only one block away on 12 South Ave. We actually live next door and will be available for help in any way. Set in the trendy 12 South neighborhood, the house is only one block away from the diverse restaurants, indie boutiques, hip bars, and coffee houses that line 12th Avenue South. Downtown’s iconic nightlife and dining scene is 13 minutes away by car. Parking is free and available. Music Row is a 5 minute, as is Belmont and Vanderbilt. The Gulch and downtown areas are 6-8 minutes away.

This is a very nice private guest house with a separate entry. It is a newly remodeled space with two floors. A very stylish designed living space and bed room, kitchen, fridge, washer/dryer, bathroom/shower, queen size bed, trendy sofa with a pull-out bed, wet bar, cute seating areas on both floors and a very good vibe. This 2100 square foot 3 bed/3 bath 1940's bungalow is the perfect respite in the best neighborhood in Nashville. 12 Avenue South is a walkers paradise lined with world class food, drink, and shopping. Gwyneth Paltrow fell in love with the area and so will you! The house features queen beds in all bedrooms, a foldout couch in the living room(can be closed off by doors), a futon upstairs, and a queen air mattress! Relax on the front porch swing or have an al fresco meal on the back deck!

This craftsman beauty is a half-block from the incredible shops and restaurants of 12 South, but that half-block is far enough for easy parking and restful quiet. It's an eight-minute drive to downtown and an easy walk to Belmont and Vanderbilt This quiet apartment includes a full kitchen, bath, living room, and bedroom. It occupies half of the main floor of our turn-of-the-20th-century home, where our happy family of five lives, goes to work & school, and raises backyard hens.

We have just replaced the unit with a brand new LEESA mattress and a new queen sized bed! Pictures will be updated soon. This upstairs apartment is a perfect stay whether traveling for work, visiting as a tourist, or just passing through. The apartment is located less than a mile from Hillsboro Village- bars, restaurants, pancake pantry, boutiques and MORE! The bathroom tile has been updated in Jan 2020 along with new fixtures in the bathroom!
