French Press… we’ve got you covered, coffee lovers! The outside deck overlooks a beautiful treescape view with lots of privacy. Outside electrical plug available for charging a vehicle as well as availability at Lipscomb University across the street. Interstates close by as well as the world famous Bluebird Cafe. Can walk to: Get your favorite Starbucks drink, the best mall in the Nashville area (The Green Hills Mall). You will be close to everything when you stay at our 12 South home! We are located by Belmont and Music Row in the hip 12 South district. Our 3 bed 2.5 bath house w/ big roofdeck has everything for a great stay! Main Bedroom - King Bed Suite w/ sofa/futon 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed 3rd Bedroom - Twin Beds Living Rm has a pull out Queen Sleeper sofa There is a desk & chair for remote work and items for babies, toddlers, & children: pack n play, stroller, high chair, baby bath, bed rail, & toys.
