Boutique 1 bedroom apartment, large bathroom and close to everything, 2min walk from Brunswick St, Smith St and trams that will take you into the city in 10mins. Cool and quiet neighbourhood, Rainbow Hotel and Napier hotel minutes walk away, between Smith St ( lots of food and bars) and Brunswick St ( cool bars, live music and vegan/vegeterian friendly eateries) There's no need to go into the city but if you do it's a 20min walk, 10min tram ride or 5min uber, take your pick.
