Southbank High Rise Condo Sanctuary with CBD View and Balcony

The whole apartment is yours to enjoy. There are 2 Bedrooms with quality mattresses, bedding and towels for up to 6 people. 1 Queen bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second. The 2 single beds in the second bedroom can be converted to a king size bed if needed. There is a portable cot on site if needed and blockout blinds in all rooms. The apartment will accommodate 4 guests, however we have a comfortable sofa bed that will accommodate 2 extra guests at an extra $20 per person per night. We love to travel and love helping travelers enjoy their stay in our apartment. If there is anything you need during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us. The apartment has been upgraded with new carpets, furniture, heaters and lighting. There is also access to internet & Netflix at no charge. Have a swim in the Pool, work out in the Gym or try the local night spots. This apartment is on the 24th floor with spectacular views of the bay and city. Just park your car in the provided space and walk to everything Melbourne has to offer. Close to all that Melbourne has to offer. Within walking distance of – City Center 5 min, Sporting venues 15 min, Casino 6 min, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, 12 min Royal Botanic Gardens 5 min, Art gallery 2 min, Main Train station 6 min, Eureka Skydeck 3 min, Trams 3 min, Yarra River 3 min. Close to so much, yet a high rise tranquil oasis in the apartment. The Apartment comes with all you could need: -secure building Concierge on duty 7 days 6.30 am to 10 pm -Fast speed WiFi -NETFLIX -Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher -Hairdryer, iron and ironing board -air conditioning and heater to keep you comfortable -Circulating fans in both bedrooms -Heated swimming pool -Gymnasium -Free secure undercover parking for 1 car -Shampoo, conditioner and body wash -Washing machine and clothes dryer are provided -Washing powder provided in case you need to so some washing -Dining table for 6 -Comfortable sofas -Novels to read and exchange, -Melbourne Secret guide books available -Flat screen TV -DVD player -Sound system with CD, radio, iPod and AUX connections. -Apartment manual that details how everything works -"About Town Guide" to explore Melbourne's tourism attractions, and helpful information. -There is a broad selection of tourist brochures in a folder for you -We have even collected a few local menus for you, to save you the trouble. We will meet you for check in to show you around and are available to answer any queries you have during your stay. Check in is normally 3.00 pm and checkout is 11.00 am. Please advise if you have other check in / out requests and we will do our best to accommodate them. The condo is in the heart of the popular Arts Precinct and is close to theatres, live shows, and concerts. It's a short walk to the Southbank Promenade, with a number of great restaurants, bars, and shops to discover. Depending on how many people are traveling the cheapest way to get to the apartment from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport is via the Skybus, this will drop you in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Then there is a free shuttle bus to all the hotels just ask to be dropped off at the Quest Southbank in Kavanagh Street, or it’s around a 15 to 20 minute walk to the apartment. Otherwise a taxi is the best method, it will cost around $60 plus tolls and will deliver you directly to the building. Everything is within easy walking distance but public transport, rental bikes and the Melbourne Hop-on Hop-off buses are close at hand. Melbourne has a free tram zone around the city center only a 4 min walk away. The Free Tram will take you from - Federation Square to Melbourne Aquarium, Etihad Stadium, Melbourne Star Observation Wheel, Victoria Markets, Royal Exhibition Building, Fitzroy Garden and everything in between. The Hop-on Hop-off bus has a stop 2 min walk away and will take you to nearby attractions such as St Kilda beach, Melbourne Zoo, Docklands, Lygon St, Comedy Theater and the Sporting Precinct / MCG just to name a few. Hire bikes are just around the corner and will allow you to have the freedom to go where ever you choose. Melbourne's number 1 Tourist information center is at Federation Square opposite Flinders Street station, however we have a broad selection of tourist brochures available for you in the apartment. The Concierge is on duty everyday from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm. There is Secure access at all times. 24 Hr security service is also on call. Pick up and return laundry service available at the desk (payment applies) (There is a Washing Machine and Dryer in the Apartment) Indoor heated pool, Gym.

Some of our favourite features - All amenities provided — including toiletries Amazing natural light and fresh air (block out curtains too though!) You can walk just about anywhere in the CBD, Southbank and throughout gorgeous Carlton, home of the iconic Exhibition Buildings and gardens - which we are directly opposite! 4 major supermarkets within walking distance, along with pharmacies This huge studio is a short stay apartment - no one lives there and it is specifically set up for guests to have the most enjoyable stay. Fully equipped, including a welcome goody basket upon arrival, and a guest guide book full of our top tips to get the most out of your visit to the area. With a deco inspired entrance, wrought iron gates and solid brick exterior, it is one of the few residences from this era that remain in Melbourne. Our studio is set up for guests with all the kitchen and bathroom amenities you need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. It has just been fully refurbished (largely by us!) to make it as comfortable and convenient as possible. Features - - huge, fully stocked kitchen with all utensils, as well as condiments, spices, tea and coffee - private walk in robe/dressing room area all bathroom items included - fresh towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner - loads of storage space for all of your belongings - designed for guests - coin laundry on same floor (washing liquid, clothes airer and basket provided) - secure car space - sofa bed sleeps additional 1-2 people and can be made up on request - inside living area - Myki cards provided for public transport, only top up required - balcony area with seating and city views - full blockout curtains so you aren’t woken by the morning sun unless you want to be - high speed internet - windows with city views -gym on site - it is being refubished in future so we haven’t listed it as a 'feature' due to it’s age, but the equipment is in good condition - a high chair, portcot and bouncer can be made available upon request - please note the apartment is on the second floor and without childproofing so people may want to take this into consideration when booking -Please note this is a studio apartment - hotel style living where the bed is situated in the main living area. We live a few minutes away and love to meet and greet our guests and give them the inside scoop on the area, as it's our neighbourhood. There is a lockable keybox however, so if this isn't your preference you can just check yourself in and enjoy the peace and quiet. We are available easily if needed, and happy to help any time during your stay. All the apartments face the outside so you have your own private entrance and security door within the premises. The car space is located within the grounds and is accessed with an electronic fob. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be accessed via lift or stairs. We aim to meet and greet our guests whenever we can, and we are just a few minutes away if needed. We don’t live in the complex, so you have privacy, peace and quiet. We are always a phone call/email away if needed and happy to help. There is a full guest guide inside the studio featuring our recommendations on the best places to eat, drink and visit during your stay. Carlton is one of the best places to stay in Melbourne. It epitomises everything about Melbourne culture, with amazing cafes, markets, gardens, and restaurants right on the doorstep. It is moments away from the bright lights of the city centre. You can walk to the city centre in a few minutes. From the centre there are trams, trains and buses to take you anywhere in Melbourne. There is a bike hire stand directly across the road in front of the Exhibition Buildings. Free parking is on site if you have a car. Uber and Taxi services will be on your doorstep in minutes. This is a beautiful quiet building on the edge of the city and we appreciate the co-operation of our guests in respecting our neighbours during their stay by keeping the noise down. The studio is in a double brick building with windows on every side, so the temperature is always very comfortable. The ceiling fan with reverse heat function is all we have needed so far.
