There is also a small deck with awning which offers a scenic and private place to relax. Two night minimum! Apartment is attached to a two hundred year old farmhouse. This is a sunny studio like apartment with new split AC, private entrance, private bath, kitchenette with sink, small private deck with pretty distant water views...gentle breezes. This extra large area IN MY HOME is perfect for a summer or weekend getaway. Walk to Easton's Beach just about 3/4 miles away. Second Beach is close at 1.5 miles away. Downtown Newport is about 2 miles from house. There are several steps which lead to door so you must be able to walk up about 15 steps.
