There is also a small deck with awning which offers a scenic and private place to relax. Two night minimum! Apartment is attached to a two hundred year old farmhouse. Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. Most are not, and are being de-listed by the City for non-compliance. Ask before you book! We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.

Sweet Retreat by Mt. Hope Bay!

You'll love this basement apartment in our home in the quiet neighborhood of Common Fence Point. Parking is available in the driveway outside your private entrance to the apartment. Full size windows for fresh air and lots of natural light. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and the living room has a trundle bed which makes 2 twin beds. Occupancy per the town ordinance is 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. There is a small beach and shoreline for your enjoyment.

Lovely private setting near beach

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are pet friendly.
