Wonderful place 5 minutes from the Germanic Village, containing a beautiful house with party area with barbecue, wood and gas stove, fully equipped, pool table, deck over the lagoon, all stocked with mineral water, surrounded by nature of the interior, the singing of birds, the sound of the waters of the lagoon and a few minutes from the German Village, the place of the traditional Oktoberfest. Nice place to hang out with family and friends, and easy to access.

Large space with entrance and private parking lots, has two brick houses in sight surrounded by gardens, orchard, streams and ponds and by vast green area with springs that cross the site. In the leisure area you can contemplate all the peace and quiet provided by green forest frame, silence and birds that come to feed on fruits and insects.
