The furnished and all-equipped apartment, on the high floor, with beautiful city views. It is close to the restaurants and 900 metres from the Neumarkt Shopping and approx. 1.3 km from the Germania Park and the Ramiro Park. Building with swimming pool, gym and sauna. Perfect Apartment for the Oktoberfest free parking

The apartment is very cozy, has a full kitchen, TV with Netflix, Globo Play and open digital channels. The shower is wonderful and the bed is extremely comfortable, there is air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, space to work from home with 240mb fiber optic internet. In the bedroom, there is a blackout curtain that makes the room completely dark. To reduce the risk of transmission of Covid-19, we follow all the hygiene protocols recommended by Airbnb when cleaning the apartment.
