While this studio is priced a bit higher than some, there is a reason. It's an absolutely amazing space in an incredible Boulder neighborhood. Every amenity you can imagine, incredibly tastefully decorated with original art, newly remodeled custom tile bathroom with walk in shower. This entire space was just redone in an upscale style. The cottage is located on 2 acres and only 4.5 miles to downtown Boulder. CORONOVIRUS INFO: The cottage is professionally cleaned with appropriate disinfectants (Lysol and Chlorox) and comforts and bedspreads (as well as obviously sheets, towels, bath mats) are all clean. There is enough toilet paper for your stay! :) The hot tub is safe to use and the chlorine levels are checked regularly.
