We are located just minutes to downtown Boulder on a tree-lined country lane. Our property feels like you are in the country and yet you are just a 5 to 10 minute drive to anywhere in Boulder. Omg! 360 degree views! Surreal!

No shores required! Just enjoy your time while you are here! Ask for early check in and late check out! You will love your staying here, look at nature’s surroundings, breathe in fresh air, look at green trees , valleys and lake, you will be wowed! The home is beautiful itself settling in beautiful surroundings. OMG! How can you not loving it here!? 5 mins to downtown Nederland, 10 mins to Eldora ski area and 25 mins to Boulder. Many beautiful trails and hiking within 10 mins.
