One of a kind space !

This super cute one bdrm apt is located DT and is conveniently on the ground floor. (mobility friendly). This uniquely decorated space is off of the alley so you won't be bothered by the trains (although the depot is right across the road). You will also have a great view of the river while enjoying the beautiful court yard. The space boasts a historic Iowa State Penitentiary decor. Pictures, history and unique features will immerse you into one of the draws of SE Iowa.

Beautiful, light-filled apartment in a convenient downtown location. The main space is a large studio consisting of a dining area, living room and a bedroom. For families and groups traveling together, please note that the queen size bed is part of the open studio space but does have floor to ceiling curtains to create separation from the main room.
