This spacious, bright and well appointed 2 bedroom apartment is centrally located and provides guests with the essence of Cape Town living! Generous living space opens out onto a large deck with breathtaking views of Robben Island, the famous Green Point Stadium, Green Point Park and Golf Course and the Atlantic Ocean. The apartment is close to many of the City's attractions as well as having restaurants, shops and deli's in walking distance. Your host will be available to answer any questions and give advice & recommendations should guests be new to Cape Town and would like assistance in planning their itinerary - Please feel free to ask you host. Also, in case of emergencies, your host lives in the area 2 minutes away. Green Point is a vibrant neighborhood that offers a wide variety of coffee shops, delicious cuisine, local pubs, and trendy bars. Many of Cape Town's attractions are nearby and there is an abundance of national parks and beaches to explore. Because we are centrally located, Uber Taxis are always close by and available. There is exceptionally efficient and cost effective MyCity Bus service 10 metres from the apartment (30 second walk). This is the main transport mode of Cape Town. Should we wish to rent a vehicle, there is plenty of on-street parking around the building.

The apartment is set high up on Little Lionshead with panoramic views of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Folding doors lead onto an expansive pool deck with sun loungers and a gas barbecue all for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There is a full kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, an en suite bathroom, lounge area with a large flat panel TV and an open-plan dining area. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages. Mountain Walks, Village atmosphere with a city 10 minutes away. Beach 2km away. The suite is located on the lower level of the property and is totally private. There is parking on the property. Pool, garden, Mountain We are available to transport you around the Cape, take you on wine tours at an additional fee. MacD, our housekeeper is on hand 24 hours to assist where necessary The house is safe and secure with guarded entrance. Wake up to birdsong and enjoy the surrounding majestic mountains. Mount Rhodes is a security estate nestled in the foot of Little Lions Head. Mycity bus stop at the bottom of the road, Uber We provide a laundry service at an additional cost and breakfast is available if ordered at least 24 hours before at an additional cost as well. I am also more than happy to make any reservations for tours or restaurants on your behalf.

Take a dip in the outdoor 15m pool, then enjoy a meal near a wood-burning fireplace on the outdoor patio. Modern house with farm interior. Access to all areas including own pool and garden. Open plan kitchen and living areas with access to verandah and vegetable garden. Will be welcome and greeted by myself ,always available by phone or text . The farmhouse is set in a secluded area just a short drive away from the quaint town of Stellenbosch, ripe with many fruit orchards and wine vineyards—some date as far back as the 1650s. Foodies would be wise to pit stop at Foliage, an award-winning restaurant listed as one of the “World’s 50 Best” restaurants. Own transport is recommended, but Uber is available if needed, guests use them often successfully. Gay friendly. Perfectly located.
