Our unit is a 1 Bed/1 Bath/1 spacious living room facing the patio, located in Isla Verde Atlantic View with back-up generator and cisterns. It's about 7-9 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, grocery, beaches, restaurants. It's a very accessible location. You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.

The apt is comfortable for 4 people with 2 queens size beds. Only 8 minutes from the airport. Apartment located on the second floor with private entrance and parking within the property. It has a/c in the rooms and fans in the kitchen and living room. It has beach chairs and towels, TV, space to sit outside in the evening. You have 2 minutes to supermarkets and fast foods nearby and quick access to espresso. Isla Verde Beach 12min, Condado 23m y old San juan 25min, Yunque 35 min.

Moderno apartamento #5,con todas las comodidades para una mejor estadia. Puerto Rico esta atravesando por la mayor crisis energetica para una mejor estadia contamos con energia renovable ( placas solares donde siempre tendras luz.) Totalmente privada en área tranquila a 8 minutos del aeropuerto, de area turistica con restaurantes,bares, playas A 5 minutos un Walgrees y supermercados. .Nota aclaratoria,las losas del piso están raspadas por maletas defectuosas . THE MOST FUN BEACH Located right ON Isla Verde , around 8 to 10 minutes from SJU airport, our studio has access to the gym, beach and much more. The studio is located on the 4th floor with a partial view of the ocean. Throughout the neighborhood, everything is walking distance: the supermarket, restaurants and clubs. To get to the apartment you can get either take a taxi ($12) or by renting a car. There is so much to see outside . Parking is included in the building for free.

Private apartment close to beach and airport. 7 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes driving from airport and Old San Juan. Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.

Modern studio!! “Only 7 minutes from airport”!!!

Only 7 minutes from the airport and 8 minutes from the beach. 1 minute from the apt has fast foods, supermarket and pharmacies. Only 20 minutes from San Juan and 25 from El Yunque. A lot of beach option very near. 6 minutes away on foot theres a PR RESTAURANT GABYS LECHONERA and COFEE GARAGE next door. Which is perfect for lunch/dinner (pernil, ribs, chicken, batata and more) and a great cup of coffee to start your day. Parking is in inside the house not in the street!!

Beautiful apartment recently renovated, the apartment is located in a middle-class residential area in front of the Luis Munoz Marin airport,on the second floor of a four-apartment building that has access by stair, is decorated in a modern style, lovely balcony that has the view to the airport, is located 5 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Isla verde beaches and 15 minutes from old San Juan. Self check -in with the lockbox Check in 4:00pm- check out 11am.
