Our unit is a 1 Bed/1 Bath/1 spacious living room facing the patio, located in Isla Verde Atlantic View with back-up generator and cisterns. It's about 7-9 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, grocery, beaches, restaurants. It's a very accessible location. You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.

It has a/c in the rooms and fans in the kitchen and living room. It has beach chairs and towels, TV, space to sit outside in the evening. You have 2 minutes to supermarkets and fast foods nearby and quick access to espresso. Isla Verde Beach 12min, Condado 23m y old San juan 25min, Yunque 35 min.

Modern apartment with stylish chic decoration. Beach is 5-7 mins walking and the apartment is 5 mins from the airport. This condo has a parking spot for you and a great pool with BBQ grill and seating area. Several restaurants are walking distance.
