City & Ocean View Retreat, Steps from the Beach

Our humble 300 square feet condo is located in an older building with probably the best location in Isla Verde. Steps from the beach and a supermarket right in front you won't get anything more convenient. A few minutes from the airport and with lots of restaurants and night scene at walking distance we know you will love Isla Verde! Our condo is in mint condition but as mentioned the building is old and rough around the edges. Add to that the hit of hurricane Maria, the building image suffered quite a bit. This is not the Hilton! If you are looking for an impecable building full of amenities then this is NOT the place for you, now if you are looking for a great remodeled condo in front of the beach with an amazing location and parking then look no further. Be advised that the power grid in Puerto Rico sometimes have problems and power outages are sometimes common. They might not be that long but sometimes they do happen.

Our unit is a 1 Bed/1 Bath/1 spacious living room facing the patio, located in Isla Verde Atlantic View with back-up generator and cisterns. It's about 7-9 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, grocery, beaches, restaurants. It's a very accessible location. You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.

Relax in this boho unit. 5 min driving to the airport, close enough for a quick transfer but located in a dead end, tranquil street; 5 min walking to the beach; 10 min driving to Old San Juan. Enough parking in front of properties. Near recreational park, tennis and basketball court. Full bed, TV, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, single stove top, and Wi-Fi. Lovely beachfront apartment at the heart of Isla Verde, WIFI an cable. Updated kitchen and bathroom, washer/dryer, A/C, and all the cooking tools, It is located right next to the Ritz Carlton in a safe and peaceful residential neighborhood. It has a gated free covered parking space and free street parking is also available. The bedroom has a King bed and the living room has a King day bed, also a sofa bed. Kids friendly beach the apartment is very spacious for the kids.
