The apartment is located in the cozy coastal town of Holmsund, it is only 15min by car to Central Umeå. In Holmsund there is a coop shop, 2 petrol sandwiches and several restaurants. The accommodation is a rental apartment of about 35m2 on the gable of a villa, there is access to several parking spaces with electricity. Central cozy room near the river!

A centrally located room with a private entrance and toilet. In the apartment there is a 140cm wide bed. A spacious closet, fridge, microwave and electric kettle. Walking distance into the city center, grocery stores, public transport and a stone's throw from the river and our amazing boardwalk that can lead to the city or nature and rapids. It is also walking distance to Bölesholmarna via Lundabron where there is access to the swimming area. Welcome!

Cozy apartment, very centric location.

Cozy apartment near the river and just a bridge away from the center. Ideal to enjoy the city and its surroundings, but with the calm that Teg offers. Perfect both for a few days of relax and tourism and for those traveling on business. You can leave the car at the door and get everywhere on foot, since the apartment is just 2 minutes from the center. Even when the right conditions you can spot the northern lights just 100 meters from the apartment!
