Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to forest and outdoor life and umeå center. In winter, it is ski-in, ski-out to cross-country skiing tracks with 50 meters to drawn tracks connected to a training facility with electric light trails, ice skating rink and indoor sports hall, etc. You can also go on tour skis or drive scooters to the scooter trail. In summer, there are plenty of trails in the woods for running and mtb as well as 2.5-10 km electric light trails, soccer fields directly from the farm as well as 20 minutes biking to the beach.

Smaller farmhouse (about 45 sqm) with 1 bedroom, bathroom and combined kitchen/living room on a small horse farm with all the comforts. 1.5 km from E 12 in the village with Sweden the second longest bear calle. Close to the nature reserve Brånsjön, the ski slope Middagsberget, 4 km to central Vännäs and barely 30 km to central Umeå. Buses within walking distance. Animals are on the farm but the farmhouse is hypoallergenic, no animals stay there. All bed linens, towels and coffee are included. Internet via wifi for video calls available.

Large villa with 3 floors and large spaces for the whole gang. Suitable for the larger group, company or family. Quiet and pleasant area with proximity to everything. Bike 5 mins to city center, 10 mins to IKEA / Avion, min to 15 train station and 20 to NUS. A completely independent accommodation from check-in to check-out. In Umeå there are great opportunities to cycle and explore the city. Lots of activities such as paddling, biking, hiking, seeing the Northern Lights, fishing, skiing, sunbathing and swimming. Here you live calmly and peacefully ten minutes from Umeå. Entire house 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The house further consists of a nice living room with TV and super-fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed available in the form of a nice slept mattress to lay on the floor. There is of course a toilet with shower that also houses a combined washing machine and dryer. Comfortable full size beds 80x200cm and an extra bed spring mattress 80x200cm, with mattress topper.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. A townhouse on top of the city's mall with all the comforts within reach. Take the elevator down to the square and take advantage of the proximity to restaurants bars market hall museums and city life. There is also a lovely luxury Gym with the sauna house to use for a fee. Parking in the garage in the basement is included and provides amazing convenience. Stop and enjoy the city if you are in transit or visit beautiful Umeå and enjoy.
