The cottage is steps away from a trailhead right into Seal Bay Nature Park, yet only 12 minutes from downtown Comox and downtown Courtenay. The property is a great hub from which to enjoy local restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf and Mount Washington Skiing Resort.

It's ideal for a summer getaway, a cozy spot after a snow day on Mt.Washington or a base for exploring the trails and mountains in the area. Gorgeous ocean view from inside or on your deck. You look across the water to Hornby and Denman islands. Watch the sun rise, the wind tossing the waves ashore or the eagles soaring by. Walk across the road to the beach. Lots of wildlife, birds, seals, sea lions, otters and if you get lucky you might see whales. 2 kayaks are available for exploring the shoreline.
