The location in the heart of Lemmer is amazing. The view of the boats in the canal gives you an instant holiday feeling. The unique bed and breakfast is located on the upper floor of the house. From your French balcony you overlook the water (the Dock) and the passing boats. The entire floor has been converted into a large luxury guest house with a separate bedroom. Warm materials like wood, reeds, and rattan set the atmosphere. Serene, tasteful and with a high level of finish.

We are happy to welcome you in our sustainable and non-smoking bed & breakfast on the water! Apartment Grutto is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped. There is plenty of parking space. Furthermore, we are easily accessible by public transport (5 minutes walk). There is also a sandy beach on Lake Tjeukemeer within a 5-minute walk.

Our farmhouse is located next to the touristic Frisian fishing village of Lemmer. With beach and supermarket 1 km away. Private entrance from the outside of the farmhouse. Kitchen block (no cooking facilities) but fridge, coffee and tea. Luxurious new bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. In the haystack possibility for relaxation. You can have breakfast in your own room or in the tea garden. The Jacuzzi and (electric) bicycles can be used at an additional cost.
