The flower garden(butterfly garden)of the cottage offers a lot of privacy and is located right under the corn mill ,t Lam. Come here relaxed with your sweetheart, away from the hustle and bustle, you will find peace and quiet here and you will wake up to the girls, blackbirds and sparrows.(sometimes Sunday of the church bells). Peace, space and relaxation. Cliché but true! This is where it is 4 seasons to enjoy! The lovely house from 1937 and recently renovated and fully furnished! Living comforts in one of the most beautiful places in the Netherlands. Southwest Friesland. The house is located on the outskirts of the woods and only 5 minutes from the IJsselmeer. Hiking, bikes, water sports, golfing, terraces or just nothing at all! This is possible and this is the case! You are more than welcome to experience this unique place!

This old fisherman's house, built before 1900, is located in old Joure, close to the center. It is a characteristic and cozy house and equipped with every modern comfort. You really feel 'at home' there during your vacation. Joure is located in the heart of the water sports area. Rent a boat or go cycling or hiking through the woods at St. Nicolaasga or along the Frisian lakes. A beautiful 18-hole golf course can be found in St. Nicolaasga (Burggolf). For children there is' Swimfun '; recommended.

“Koesen” means sleeping in the frieze. And that will work in the comfortable beds, made with luxurious bedding. In addition, “it Koeshûs” is a charmingly furnished and quietly located accommodation, equipped with all luxuries, with 4 bedrooms. The loft house room with open kitchen is on the 1st floor with adjoining a beautiful roof terrace. On the first floor is the spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. On arrival Frisian Surprise! Directly on the water with a secluded south-facing garden is our house for five people. Three bedrooms, three bunk beds (mattress size 90x200), one double bed (two mattresses of 90x200 against each other in bed frame). Washing machine. Tap water pH neutral! (per 1/12), Boat rental in the area, mooring at home. Water is good bathing water (summer). In the immediate vicinity is the Lemsterstrand with heated swimming pool. Lemmer is a cozy village with many amenities.

A surprising house right behind the main street with a cosy living room. Experience the home feeling on holidays! It certainly isn't a standard vacation home. Good beds, nice shower and spacious toilet. With a location right in the center but still quietly located. Coffee and tea are of course ready as well as pepper and salt and all other kitchen supplies. You come by yourself, with your partner or with children, it all fits in 3 comfortable rooms. Our cozy holiday home is located in a private residential complex determined by water. The 88sqm house was renovated and furnished in May 2020. "Frisian green" has 10 large sun panels on the roof and claims to have all of its energy from the sun next to the stove. The house is ideal for 4 vacationers (max 6 people). The almost 500sqm outdoor area with various dining areas, garden lounge, sauna (2 pers) and outdoor shower invites you to linger and relax.

Nice house on the Boarne, near the Frisian lakes

Our house is a small but very nice house. From the jetty you step up the boat and sail towards the Frisian lakes. The house is very quiet and has all comforts. You can stay well with 4 people at the Wjitteringswei. The beds are lovely. They are now as a double bed, but can also be set up as 4 single beds. WiFi is also available, of course. And especially a fantastic view. Check-in from 3pm and check-out until 12pm.
