Located in an excellent position near to Ashley Cross which is a great place to eat and socialise in Poole. It’s a 10 minute drive to the beach & also really close to very regular bus routes to Poole & Bournemouth so you could leave the car and not have to park at the air show or other local attractions. The house is recently decorated and comfortable and should suit your holiday or business stay. There is even a picnic hamper for you to use if you wish. In winter there is a wood burning stove.

It is very clean and comfortable and presented simply and stylishly. There is a south-facing back garden with seating area. On street parking isn't a problem and a visitor's permit will be provided. A much loved traditional and contemporary recently refurbished listed townhouse. We have amazing sea views of Lyme Bay and the Jurrasic coastline from the garden. Our house is situated centrally within an easy walking distance from seafront, beaches, car parks and town. We are next to the churchyard a stone's throw away from the grave and statue of Mary Anning the famous palaeontologist and fossil collector. We will provide a parking 🅿️ permit for only 1 vehicle. Pets on request.

Sailor's Watch: A beautiful home by the sea...

A spacious Grade 2 Listed Dutch Style harbourside merchant house which has been split into two homes. You will be renting our home which spans across the first and second floors. It has been recently refurbished and has wonderful views of the harbour. There is a garden out the back with table and chairs. Close to the main town, beach and amenities of Weymouth. Dogs will be charged at £20 each per booking, please let me know if you are bringing your dog with you.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. There is a child friendly park with a beach and just round the corner is a local pub which has a large beer garden. Poole town centre and Poole quay are a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk there is also a regular bus service with a bus stop 50 yards from the house. Sandbanks beach is a 20 minute drive away. There is also shops hairdressers and takeaways near by.
