Green Valley Yurts - Rose

Our yurts are beautifully hand made in Mongolia. They are fully insulated with a thick felt lining and their own wood stoves for cosy nights under the stars. Set on a small holding in the heart of Dorset downs, you have your own picnic area with fire pit and bbq. The shared facilities barn has everything for cooking, playing and relaxing as well as toilets and hot showers. Only 25 mins from the sea-there are plenty of beautiful villages, pubs, walks and historic sites to explore in the area too.

Dorset Yurt offers a quiet and rural retreat yet within a couple miles of the picturesque seaside town of Lyme Regis, which is on the Jurassic Coast World Heritage site. A country store selling local produce (including an off licence ), is a three minutes walk from location. Only one yurt on site with your own cabin equipped with a small kitchen/dining area (fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster and a kettle ) including a hot shower, and flushable toilet. Private terrace, parking space (EV).

The outside space has exceptional views of the Dorset countryside including two other local hillforts. It has a well-equipped fire circle with cast iron pans, a trivet, tripod and Dutch oven. The outdoor kitchen has two gas hobs, so whether you are toasting marshmallows or cooking a feast all you need is here for a truly unique experience.
