Amazing newly remodeled condo with ocean front views to die for. Top of the line everything for the rich and famous! Master bedroom has a king size bed plus a single lay back couch. Living room has a couch with a queen size pullout bed. Balcony has a peaceful hammock. The building has many amenities to offer, including an infinity pool, small gym and direct access to the beach. Condo comes with one secured and covered parking space. Located within a 3 minute walk to the great Mall del Pacifico.

This charming two bedroom apartment offers plenty of ocean tranquility and natural lighting. Stunning oceanviews and fabulous sunsets. Located just a few steps away from the beach, restaurants and shopping center. Private parking included and access to an infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The 1200 square feet condominium is located in the Poseidon Building on the Manta beachfront. The guest bedroom is ample in size has a view of the ocean & it’s own entrance to the side balcony. The master bedroom has a private bath and a side balcony as well. Please be advised that the property is located within the “Pink Zone” (Entertainment Zone, restaurants, cafes, bars, discotheques etc.) of the city, at times street noise may be audible until late into the night.
