Amazing newly remodeled condo with ocean front views to die for. Top of the line everything for the rich and famous! Master bedroom has a king size bed plus a single lay back couch. Living room has a couch with a queen size pullout bed. Balcony has a peaceful hammock. The building has many amenities to offer, including an infinity pool, small gym and direct access to the beach. Condo comes with one secured and covered parking space. Located within a 3 minute walk to the great Mall del Pacifico.

This charming two bedroom apartment offers plenty of ocean tranquility and natural lighting. Stunning oceanviews and fabulous sunsets. This stylish place is great for family trips with an exceptional view from the 14th floor and access to all the amenities of the Poseidon hotel. Faced with the country's electrical generation problem, the building has its own generator that supplies all plugs, sockets, lights, electronic appliances, etc. The generator does not cover the ignition of the air conditioners by which they will not operate while there are power outages on the public grid.
