The Studio has been rebuilt! The project was done thinking about making it new, cute and functional. Close to the center of the Lagoon, very green, swimming pool, playground for children, barbecue, game room, mini market, access to Lagoa and kayak and bike loan Ideal for tour/work. Very quiet, strategically well located on the Island with easy access to the beaches. Fast and stable internet Your pet will be welcome (the condominium charges R$50. Beautiful and wide house (2700 ft²) by the sea in Ribeirão da Ilha District, the most preserved and traditional neighborhood of Florianópolis. 3 suites with queen, double, 2 single beds and baby crib. Air conditioning cold / hot in every room. HEATED POOL. Large living room with cable TV and internet, gourmet space with barbecue, wood burning stove and pizza oven. Private beach, unique view and total comfort!

It's hard to describe this place! A preserved sanctuary, just 2 km from the best restaurants on the island. The house is flanked by nature. On one side, the calm blue marzão 5 steps from the deck, on the other, a huge bamboo, protecting the entire house. Outside of the 4 private beaches to vary in the sunbathing. That would be enough, but there's a double kayak, a good smart TV, and real wifi. A unique space, for those who seek a dip in nature, but do not want to give up comfort.

With a lovely view of the beach of Pântano do Sul and Açores, Recanto do Ilhéu, which is totally private, provides you with days of rest in contact with nature if you prefer a great home office. The house has 56M2 containing a room in the mezzanine with a hot tub and air conditioning for the house.
