Completest house, close to the beach.

The house is on the corner of the condominium, which gives privacy, with a side balcony for exclusive use. The prime location, about 100m from the beach, with a pedestrian walkway right in front. The view of the sea is permanent. For those who like, the kitchen is super equipped, and you can get good seafood in a fishmonger in Vila de Palmas. Also having a barbecue looking at the sea is another good alternative. The condominium is all closed, offering security and tranquility.

Beach house ideal for a couple with children 50 meters from the side of the sea. Daniela beach is the best beach in Florianópolis for those looking for tranquility and calm beach, clean water with few waves and hot sea. The house has clean bed and bath linens, air conditioning, barbecue, bathroom, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, sandwich maker, household utensils, beach chair and umbrella. Pets with a small size are welcome and as long as they stay outside.

House High Standard - the best of town and countryside

It is a very comfortable house with large and airy environments; close to numerous restaurants and supermarkets. All environments are air-conditioned. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 en-suites with a jacuzzi , king size beds and orthopedic mattresses for up to 15 guests. It has a large party area with barbecue and 05 private parking spaces. For events of up to 45 people you can have access to the ground fire and treehouse (hire separately)
