There is a zero-entry pool heated during cold months, 2 hot tubs, children’s splash zone, arcade/game room, pool-side Bar and Grill, and Ice-cream store. Boardwalk has an on-site HOA and maintenance team and 24 hour security. There are 5 large elevators, however, this condo is on the 3rd floor - you can take an elevator or the stairs. Unit is right in the middle of the building and has an AMAZING view!

The studio suite is a completely private part of Sheldon Castle with the Sheldon descendants in the rest of the home. Mosher Castle with a moat and dragon is next door.
