Boardwalk has an on-site HOA and maintenance team and 24 hour security. There are 5 large elevators, however, this condo is on the 3rd floor - you can take an elevator or the stairs. Unit is right in the middle of the building and has an AMAZING view!

A-Lure is our downstairs apartment on St. George Island. The space is located right on the bay with a 100 yard long dock. It is a four block walk to the beach from this side of the island. The room includes a really nice view, KING bed, TV, wi-fi , mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and drinking water. The space has its own AC/Heat system. Access to the dock is all yours and we have a two person kayak at your disposal as well. Come and relax at our peaceful place on SGI.
