HOUSE SEAVIEW

The house is on the Black Sea , literally go beyond the territory and descend the stairs (10 steps ) . Behind her is a sandy big beach !! The city center is a 40-minute drive (in the evening, you can get there in 15 minutes by car ). Neighbors are only available on weekends , but their windows do not overlook the territory of the house and the surrounding area!! We can also organize fishing , and every morning it is on this beach that we bring fish to this beach Which you can then see on the arrival in Odessa !!!

You will be staying on the second floor of the house, located 3 minutes walk to the sea descent. Fresh sea air. You will have your own cozy courtyard with a grill, bathroom and outdoor shower. It is a unique experience with its own style. The house is located on the first line from the sea in Kryzhanovka ( Odessa). Part of the house accommodates 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, microwave, washing machine, air conditioning, private courtyard. We are very sparsely crowded and calm. 15 min by car to the city center. There are shops nearby. There is a barbecue and terrace in the yard. Up to 4 people can stay.

Quiet and cozy apartment to the sea. Within 3-4 minutes walk there are two beaches and one within 8-10 minutes. You can get to the Gold Coast beach (16th station of the Big Fountain) in 5 minutes by car. The beaches are sparse, with no breakwaters. You can see and hear them from the window. Perfect place to stay from metropolitan areas.
