This is a beach house on 12ft piers. It is 525 square feet and has a 14x28 ft deck. We have six lounge chairs available, plus barbecue pit downstairs in utility room. I have three extra changes of sheets and 72 towels available for use. Electric stove, microwave, two refrigerators, and table with six chairs. Shower and toilet only, no tub. Undercover parking.
