Stylish, Mid-Town Cottage and Pet friendly

Come relax and unwind in the completely renovated Dupre House. This gorgeous cottage takes you back in time with its salvaged ship lap ceilings and original hardwood floors, yet all the modern amenities you expect have been added, making this Victorian-era gem a perfect getaway. Two outdoor porches are ideal for catching the amazing breeze and watching the world go by while you wine and dine or sip coffee. Inside, a bold tropical theme awaits you with large print patterns and colors of greens, blacks, amber and blue. Nautical decor and artwork complete the fun and vibrant vibe. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath, and secondary bedroom has a full size antique bed with easy access to the hall bath. Both mattresses are 14" thick gel foam and so comfy. Kitchen has all new appliances and is stocked with an assortment of cookware and utensils. Living room has a brand new convertible sectional with back rests that flatten to provide two more beds. This is a single family home that you will have full access to. Self check-in with keyless entry. A code will be provided to you before your arrival. I'm happy to provide any information you need about the home or the island. I don't live far from the property, so usually I'm available. The home is set in Galveston's Midtown neighborhood, just five blocks (an easy 10-minute stroll)to the seawall with a range of shopping, dining, and beach activities to choose from. Besides the beach, the central location of the home makes for quick drives to all that the east end of the island offers. The Strand and Historic East End Districts are just 2 miles away, and are full of restaurants, shops and art galleries. There are also several museums to visit within a 2 mile radius. The city runs on a grid system with streets running north and south being numerical, and streets running east and west being alphabetical, so it's super easy to get around. There also is a bus system, a Trolley and Uber and Lyft both serve the island. We are in between 41st and 43rd street and both have been repaved to include a bike/walk path up to the seawall.

Comfy Cottage near the Cruise Terminals/Beach!

Great pre 1900 victorian cottage located in midtown and close to all the attractions on the island. Enjoy a home with features such as original stained woodwork, transoms above the doors. Home is for 6 people maximum, no additional guest are allowed. Just 92 Steps to the Beach!

Before you fall in love with the Crow's Nest (and everyone does!), note our guest limit is strictly 6. Please book counting everyone who is staying, including counting children over 6 mos. of age. The Crow's Nest is a cozy, fully-furnished beachside cottage just 10 minutes from Galveston. Grab a book, a glass of wine, and enjoy the view from the deck that wraps around the front of the house. After spending the day on the beach, cool off in the outdoor shower and take a nap on the hammock.

Olivette was built in 1886 and is a comfortable cottage that sleeps 5. While very historic, Olivette is a cute, bright, colorful home. It’s mid-town, just a short drive to the Strand or the beach. Or, you could just stay at Olivette - it’s the perfect oasis! There’s a front porch with rocking chairs, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.
