Modern, light, spacious, fully equipped first floor 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the French countryside. Sleeping up to 2 people plus 1 baby. Located between Le Dorat & Bellac, with all local amenities. Only 40 minutes from Limoges airport. The property is set in its own grounds, with no immediate neighbours, with a large in ground swimming pool. We also have a 2 bedroom Gite, sleeping 4 downstairs for larger groups looking for space of their own but who can enjoy the outside space together

Recently renovated. Walking distance to the village of Chabanais with locals bars, restaurants, bakeries, butchers and scenic river. Lake Beach 10 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride which has boat hire swimming areas for children and adults, play areas and a couple of bars and restaurants or take your own picnic as plenty of tables. Limoges airport 30 minutes away. Golf International de la Prèze is 25 minutes drive. Plenty of chateaus to visit a must is Rochechouart only 10 minutes away.

Covid 19... Book with confidence and you cancel anytime up to 24 hours before check-in date!! Your next holiday in our refurbished barn with private rear courtyard and hot-hub, front garden. Light open plan downstairs with french doors to your courtyard. Each bedroom has separate private, full bathroom. Quiet hamlet setting only 8 mins to the town of Chalus and the shrine of 'Richard the Lionheart'. We have a pool, games room, playing field, and lovely woodland to walk through.

Superb Restored Barn with Private Pool and Hot Tub

Superb six bedroom 18th Century converted Barn (to the neighbouring Chateau) with a private, fenced and gated pool (which can be heated at an extra cost), in a secluded valley. Although many of its original features have been retained, La Grange offers its guests all mod-cons – including a super-swish dining kitchen, eco-friendly wood fired hot tub and good superfast wifi. This is a wonderful house in a superb area - perfect for a group of friends or extended family.
